GIFT (Generations in Faith Together)
The GIFT program will be designed to incorporate all parishioners of St. Patrick from newborn – oldest member of the parish. GIFT is a Religious Education Program that is intended for every member of the Parish to grow in Faith together. Registration for GIFT may be done online at the parish website: www.stpatsfarm.org, or by coming into the Religious Education Office located next door to the church: 110 Main Street, Farmington, CT.
The following format is followed for each GIFT session:
- Large-group presentation of the theme;
- Break-down groups of participants of all ages: Pre/Kgn-adults;
- Groups will work on the theme in age-appropriate activities;
- Gathering to share what was done in each group, followed by a closing prayer.
- Each family is given a GIFT Bag with activities and prayers to be done at home as follow-up.
- There is a possibility of 175 people in each session.
- These sessions will be held in the Sarah Porter Memorial, 75 Main; directly across from the Fire House on Rte. 10 (Main Street). Parking is in the Noah Wallace School Parking Lot on Church Street.
- Registration for GIFT Sessions may be found online at our parish website, for parishioners with computer access. Session Registration Forms are available at the doors of the church and in the Parish Office Building for families without computer access. The Parish Office Building may be found next door to the church; 110 Main Street.
